Rock Island Arsenal Historian George Eaton will take a look back at the history of World War I. This will be a recurring program, taking place on the second Wednesday every other month through November 2018, which will commemorate the end of the war.
To kick off this new series, Mr. Eaton will take a look at Unrestricted Submarine Warfare.
