Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice found in many cultures throughout the world. It is based on the belief that shamans are intermediaries or messengers between the spirit world and the human world. In this class, Ali will teach us the basics of shamanism, including the “shamanic journey” and the meaning of power animals.
