The Quad City Botanical Center invites you to come and explore Winter Nights Winter Lights – a winter garden in bloom, in lights! This extraordinary light display features over 80,000 shimmering, glimmering, glowing LED lights that will take the chill off winter by ramping up the joy and the romance of the holidays.  

Our winter lights exhibit is unique in design. Music, crafts and activities make the exhibit a perfect family outing, and the enchantment of glowing lights and romance make a great date night. The lights are glowing each evening from 4:30pm – 8:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday in December and the first week of January. Exhibit viewing is available on Christmas Eve, too!

Special activities include a Cookie Walk on December 9th, and Santa Time Lights, December 15 and 16.  Admission is $8 for adults, and $4 for youth – and Botanical Center members get $2 off each admission level. Winter Nights Winter Lights is a locally produced exhibit – the design is created by the Quad City Botanical Center team, and installation is accomplished by amazing volunteers in our community.  The purchase of lights is made possible by the Regional Development Authority, and several area businesses have sponsored trees this year and last.  

Proceeds from our exhibit are directed to garden improvement and education of the area’s youth.  Please make time this season to visit our winter gardens, to disconnect from the seasonal hustle and bustle, and reconnect with your family and friends.  We know you will be glad you did!
