Traffic Control
– 18th Street from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue will be closed, including the intersection of 18th St and 3rd Ave
– 3rd Avenue from 18th Street to the 19th Street intersection will be closed
– 2nd Avenue will be mostly closed to pedestrian traffic
