Join The Circa ’21 Bootleggers as we celebrate a professional theater phenomenon: The Bootlegger Preshow!
Since Circa ’21’s very first opening night on June 11, 1977, The Bootlegger Preshow has been the opening act for every mainstage production and a showcase for countless performers who began their professional careers as Bootleggers.
“The Best of the Bootleggers” stars our current Bootlegger staff as they perform some of your favorite preshows over the years, including the very first preshow, which opened our inaugural production of “I Do I Do” back in in 1977. This full length musical revue will recreate the preshows that accompanied such big Circa ’21 hits as “Sister Act,” “Menopause The Musical,” “Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” Ring of Fire” and “Mamma Mia.”
