The Rock Island Downtown Alliance is seeking makers, retailers, artists, food vendors and other small businesses to activate the Arts Alley Pop-Up Shops during select events in Downtown Rock Island.
Located at 1719 2nd Ave., between Quad City Arts and Icons Martini, Arts Alley is a vibrant space for shoppers and visitors to discover local talent and unique products.
