Downtown Rock Island provides access to a variety of quality community resources, including the brand-new YWCA, public-service institutions, churches and nonprofit organizations that provide assistance and services to residents and more. Rock Island City Hall, several Rock Island County buildings and the new Federal Building are located in the center of downtown.
